XTreme EFIS
The XTreme EFIS is a full featured Electronic Flight Information System and Engine Monitor all wrapped up into a compact instrument that fits a standard 3 1/8" instrument hole. The XTreme EFIS has a high resolution, wide viewing angle 4.3" sunlight readable (600nits brightness) display.
A little more about the XTreme EFIS (before you read the manual)
The XTreme EFIS is an affordable mini EFIS which can be configured as a Primary Flight Display (with AHRS sensors added), and/or an engine monitor (with an engine module [RDAC] added).
It includes a GPS receiver that is used to provide ground speed and range information, as well as a backup/control for the AHRS. If you don't select the SP-7 attitude sensor, you can still have a GPS-derived bank angle display!

Notes for upgrading from Version 1.09 and below:
Please write down all settings BEFORE upgrading your XTreme-EFIS to version 1.15 as the XTreme-EFIS needs to be reset to factory defaults (Version 1.15 now includes a save/recall settings function for future upgrades). After upgrading the XTreme-EFIS to the latest firmware version please load default settings and re-enter all previous recorded settings.
Navidata navigation files must not be encrypted and must be version 5. If you are not sure what version you have
please import the navidata into the latest version of the MGL Central program and export it again. The SD card distribution zip file contains Navidata files for certain countries.

in command of the aircraft. The pilot in command has
to make himself/herself familiar with the operation and limitations
of the Stratomaster Extreme instrument before commencing ground
or flight operations.

and homebuilt aircraft as well as any aircraft that
permit use of such (non certified) instrumentation under general
or special operating permits.
The
MGL Avionics XTreme series instruments have Not been submitted
to CAA or FAA or any of its agencies for any form of certification.
Operation and installation of this instrument
is subject to the relevant rules and regulations of your country
and flight authority.
If
any of the above is not acceptable to the pilot in command he/she
must refrain from operating the aircraft or remove the MGL Avionics XTreme series instruments from the aircraft before commencing aircraft
operations.
